By downloading, installing, or using the Hey Sunrise mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

Description of Service

Hey Sunrise is a mobile application that provides sunrise and sunset times and solar information. Our services include:

• Sunrise and sunset time calculations
• Location-based solar data
• Customizable notifications
• Interactive maps and sun tracking
• Widget functionality for home screens

App Usage

You may use our App without creating an account. All features are available without registration. You are responsible for your use of the App and for ensuring compliance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daniel McAleese LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination
